Space-Gard® high
efficiency media air filters provide an intermediate step between the MFI-20 and the EAC12
electronic filters. These filters have more surface area and remove 60-80% of airborne
particles and 99% of all pollens.
Maintaining the Space-Gard®
involves simply replacing the media once per year. The replacement accordions out and is
snapped into the plastic case. Costs to replace media is $35-45 per year.
